摘要

目的:探求安全、有效的治疗功能性室性早搏的方法

研制具有高科技含量的新中药制剂。方法:将238例患者随机分为缓控针组(118例)、西药组(120例)。缓控针组采用补益宗气、滋阴安神中药验方制成缓控针新型制剂

利用套管针注射到肌肉(特定穴位)里

取穴为膻中、内关、心俞、脾俞、肺俞

缓释、控释药物并保持持久刺激;西药组采用口服心律平

每次150mg

每天3次。结果:缓控针组早搏的治愈率为51.7%

愈显率为71.2%

明显高于西药组的28.3%、50.8%(P<0.001)。结论:中药缓控针新制剂治疗功能性室性早搏疗效好

且安全性高

有良好的开发应用前景。
