摘要

目的:观察经皮神经电刺激(TENS)结合腹针取穴治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者即时镇痛作用的临床疗效。方法:将120例颈肩腰腿痛患者随机分为腹针TENS组、经穴TENS组、电针组、非腹针TENS组

每组30例。各组选取不同刺激点采用相同刺激参数进行治疗

并于治疗前后分别记录视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:腹针TENS组在治疗前后VAS评分差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

其即时镇痛作用总有效率(96.7%)与经穴TENS组(93.3%)、电针组(96.7%)相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)

与非腹针TENS组(10.0%)相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:腹针TENS具有较好的即时镇痛作用

并可以在使用较少刺激点的情况下提高镇痛效应。
