摘要

目的:观察针刺在治疗肾移植术后胃肠道反应中的作用。方法:将60例肾移植术后出现胃肠道反应的患者随机分为针刺组(30例)和药物组(30例)。针刺组采用针刺治疗

穴取内关、足三里、三阴交等;药物组采用药物治疗

口服胃乐新。观察2组患者腹痛、恶心、胃胀等症状缓解情况。结果:针刺组治疗有效率为93.3%

药物组治疗有效率为76.7%

针刺组疗效明显优于药物组

且差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺具有良好的促进肾移植术后患者胃肠道功能恢复的作用。
