摘要

目的:观察假性球麻痹患者不同病程针刺疗效。方法:240例患者按发病后不同时期分成4组

发病10天内为第1组

发病10～30天为第2组

发病1～3个月为第3组

发病3～6个月为第4组

分别给予针刺风池的治疗。治疗2个疗程后

观察各组疗效。结果:第1组有效率达100.0%

第2组为96.7%

第3组为83.3%

第4组为76.7%

组间疗效比较采用秩和检验

P<0.01

差异有非常显著性意义。结论:风池穴针刺治疗假性球麻痹任何时期均有效

而且越早治疗效果越好。
