摘要

据《史记.扁鹊仓公列传》及相关早期文献分析可知

"中热"可形成"不溲、溺赤"等小便病候。在当时这种观点是被普遍接受的一个早期医学观念

受其影响

与小便病候关系密切的足厥阴脉早期经脉病候中出现了"热中癃"

这种早期经脉病候在《素问.诊要经终论》《素问.脉解》《灵枢.终始》中依然有所反映。在《内经》中"中热"已然成为具有脏腑意义的概念

《灵枢.经脉》篇经脉病候成书时因经脉脏腑理论明显区别的影响

并未将"中热"纳入到经脉病候中。本研究提示

早期经脉病候的形成有其相当广阔的医学背景

脱离这种背景对经脉病候的研究会产生偏差。
