摘要

目的:观察针刺对运动性疲劳的作用

并探讨其作用机理。方法:健康男性专业运动员44人

随机分成针刺组、对照组

进行5周相同的训练

定期检测各组运动员激素变化水平。针刺组在训练的第4、5周行头体针治疗。结果:3周后两组运动员多数出现肾气不足体征。针刺组治疗2周后体征改善

睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)值上升(P<0.05);对照组症状改善不明显

T、E2值下降(P<0.05)。结论:针刺疗法可调整神经系统兴奋与抑制功能

改善运动性肾气不足症状

对运动性疲劳有调整和修复作用。
