摘要

目的:观察针刺加耳穴贴压与单纯药物减肥的疗效差异

探讨针刺减肥的作用机制。方法:将50例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为针刺组和药物组

每组各25例。针刺组采用电针天枢、关元、三阴交、丰隆、足三里等穴

配合耳穴贴压神门、内分泌、脾、胃、三焦、大肠等穴的方法;药物组采用口服西布曲明10mg

每日1次的方法。观察治疗2个疗程(2个月)。分别评价减肥疗效并于治疗前后检测患者血清胰岛素的含量。结果:针刺组的总有效率为88.0%

药物组的总有效率为80.0%

2组的治疗结果相近(P>0.05);2组患者治疗后血清胰岛素水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)

且针刺组下降水平优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加耳穴贴压减肥与西药减肥疗效相当

但针刺加耳穴贴压较西药能有效地改善单纯性肥胖患者的高胰岛素血症。
