摘要

目的:探寻治疗慢性喉炎的有效疗法。方法:将90例慢性喉炎患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用针刺加隔药饼灸

穴取扶突、人迎、水突等

配合涌泉穴隔药饼灸;对照组口服黄氏响声丸。治疗4周后观察两组疗效

并将两组辨证分型、病理分型以及疗效与病程的关系进行治疗前后对比。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%

对照组总有效率为76.6%

差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);从辨证分型比较

阴虚肺燥型、痰热蕴结型疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)

肺脾气虚型两组疗效相当;从病理分型组间比较看

慢性单纯性喉炎疗效治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)

而肥厚性喉炎、萎缩性喉炎疗效两组相当。结论:针刺加隔药饼灸治疗慢性喉炎疗效显著

值得临床推广应用。
