摘要

目的:观察夹脊电针配合激光针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效应。方法:将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表法分为夹脊电针组、激光针刀组和综合组(夹脊电针加激光针刀)

采用SF-MPQ积分观察治疗前后不同时段症状变化。结果:115例完成全部研究

综合组SF-MPQ积分明显低于激光针刀组和夹脊电针组(P<0.01

P<0.05)

激光针刀组在治疗2周末SF-MPQ积分与夹脊电针组相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

在治疗1周和3周末则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。综合组半年后复发率明显低于激光针刀组和夹脊电针组(P<0.05)。结论:夹脊电针配合激光针刀可明显提高临床疗效

减轻患者疼痛

降低复发。
