摘要

目的:观察针刺放血为主与常规西药治疗带状疱疹的疗效差异。方法:将240例患者随机分为2组。观察组120例于疱疹最疼痛点采用针刺放血

并辅以拔罐、围刺等方法;对照组采用阿昔洛韦膏患处外用

常规口服阿昔洛韦片。观察并对比2组疗效。结果:观察组有效率92.5%

对照组为55.8%

2组疗效对比差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)

且观察组的止痛、止疱、结痂时间均明显短于对照组。结论:针刺放血为主是治疗带状疱疹的有效方法。
