摘要

目的:观察运用隔药灸结合健康指导改善人体亚健康状况的效果

并探讨其作用机理。方法:采用中医健康评估的方法

从社区人群中选出亚健康个体52例作为研究对象

根据不同的发生原因、症候、临床表现进行健康指导及辨证取穴、配药施灸

同时监测治疗前后各项理化指标及临床症状的变化。结果:临床症状和自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);同时

治疗后体液免疫中补体C3、C4含量下降

免疫球蛋白IgG含量上升

与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔药灸结合健康指导能调节亚健康人体的脏腑气血功能

提高人体免疫力

从而改善亚健康状态

提高其生活质量。
