摘要

目的:观察隔姜灸治疗化疗所致白细胞减少症的疗效及对肿瘤患者化疗后生存质量的影响。方法:采用多中心协作对照的方法

将符合纳入标准的病人随机分为两组

隔姜灸组用隔姜灸

穴取大椎、膈俞、脾俞等;中药组口服参花片、强力升白片。观察2组病人白细胞减少情况、消化道反应情况以及化疗药物副作用情况。结果:隔姜灸组113例

中药组108例。10天后疗效:隔姜灸组治愈率为84·1%

有效率为66·4%;中药组分别为35·2%、33·3%。2组比较

差异均有非常显著性意义

均P<0·01。15天随访2组均能维持疗效。2种治疗方法均能改善临床症状

但隔姜灸组优于中药组。安全性指标检验表明

2组均未出现不良反应

反而对化疗所致的心、肺、肾功能的损伤有一定的改善。结论:隔姜灸治疗化疗所致白细胞减少症疗效可靠并优于口服中成药

具有较好的可重复性。
