摘要

通过回顾腰椎间盘突出症的定义及病因病理

指出由于把症状体征、影像资料孤立看待

以及对相关疾病的鉴别不清才导致临床诊治的误区。探讨腰椎间盘突出症临床误诊误治的原因及对策

认为只有把临床症状体征和影像资料结合分析才能作出正确诊断和治疗。
