摘要

目的:探讨针刺疗法抗皮肤老化的作用机制。方法:选用18月龄大鼠腹部皮肤为研究对象

采用毫针局部围刺作为处理因素

同时设立空白组、小切口除皱手术对照组、8月龄青年大鼠组

比较其皮肤可溶性及总羟脯氨酸含量

并通过透射电镜观察其成纤维细胞的形态以及胶原纤维的排列

研究局部围刺对老化皮肤胶原纤维含量及真皮超微结构的影响

并与参考文献方法进行手术的实验结果相对照。结果:围刺后大鼠皮肤可溶性羟脯氨酸含量显著高于老年空白组

总羟脯氨酸无显著差异。电镜可见

老龄大鼠真皮成纤维细胞的细胞器减少

细胞结构退化

同时胶原纤维之间空隙加宽

老化性架桥增多

围刺治疗后其成纤维细胞活性增强。结论:围刺法可能是通过增强皮肤中成纤维细胞的活性进而增加其可溶性胶原含量来改变皮肤的老化状态。
