摘要

目的:观察和验证中药穴位注射治疗功能性及轻度动脉供血不足勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法

将150例功能性及轻度动脉供血不足勃起功能障碍患者分为中药穴位注射组(穴注1组)、注射用水穴位注射组(穴注2组)、回春如意胶囊组(药物组)

每组各50例

分别采用丹参注射液、柴胡注射液及注射用水穴位注射关元、足五里、会阴和口服回春如意胶囊

观察各组治疗前后国际勃起功能指数(ⅡEF-5)积分、症候体征、血清生殖内分泌性激素、阴茎海绵体动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)的变化情况和整体疗效结果并进行比较。结果:穴注1组总有效率92.0%

穴注2组总有效率84.0%

药物组总有效率66.0%

3组间整体疗效比较差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)

穴注1组ⅡEF-5积分、阴茎海绵体PSV治疗前后差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

并优于穴注2组与药物组(P<0.05)。3组患者睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及泌乳素(PRL)治疗前后水平变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:丹参注射液、柴胡注射液穴位注射

穴取关元、足五里、会阴治疗功能性及轻度动脉供血不足勃起功能障碍疗效确切

总体疗效优于注射用水穴位注射及口服回春如意胶囊。
