摘要

目的:探讨耳穴综合疗法治疗缓解期普通偏头痛疗效及机制。方法:对32例缓解期偏头痛患者采用耳穴综合疗法(耳背放血

自血穴位注射风池、阳陵泉

耳穴点刺颞、胰胆、神门等)

1个疗程结束后进行临床疗效评价

治疗前后检测舒血管因子降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和缩血管因子血浆内皮素(ET)

并与22例正常人的CGRP、ET值进行比较。结果:有效率78.1%

治疗前后比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0.001)

CGRP和ET含量与治疗前相比

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

二者呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴综合疗法可以调节缓解期普通偏头痛患者血浆CGRP、ET的平衡

改善脑血管舒缩功能障碍和内皮功能的异常

起到止痛作用。
