摘要

目的:研究大椎穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的作用机制

并探索以脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)作为椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效评定客观指标的可行性。方法:对52例椎动脉型颈椎病患者采取针刺大椎治疗

观察其临床疗效以及治疗前后BAEP变化情况。结果:治愈17例

好转26例

未愈9例

有效率达82.7%。BAEP中ⅤPL、Ⅰ-ⅢIPL、Ⅲ-ⅤIPL在治疗前后差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)

临床有效组(治愈和好转)与无效组(未愈)对比差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:针刺大椎穴可改善椎-基底动脉的供血情况

使椎动脉型颈椎病的临床症状消失或减轻。BAEP可作为椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效评定客观指标。
