摘要

目的:比较针刺疗法与西药平痛新注射液治疗骨科术后疼痛的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为针刺组(30例)与药物组(30例)。针刺组针刺悬钟穴为主配以阿是穴30分钟;药物组肌肉注射平痛新注射液20 mg

每日3次。观察记录各组48小时内疼痛情况变化。结果:针刺组24小时优良率89.2%

药物组24小时优良率81.4%;针刺组48小时优良率100.0%

药物组48小时优良率96.3%。统计结果显示针刺组镇痛效果优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺悬钟、阿是穴治疗骨科手术后疼痛效果优于肌肉注射平痛新注射液。
