摘要

目的:探讨、挖掘、整理火针烙法排脓这种中医古老的治疗方法

为现代医疗服务。方法:将体表脓肿患者108例随机分为2组

烙法组84例采用电火针烙法排脓;切开组24例采用切开排脓治疗。从2组临床疗效、伤口愈合时间长短、愈合后瘢痕的大小3方面进行比较。结果:2组患者全部有效

疗效相当(P>0.05);烙法组治疗体表脓肿在伤口的愈合时间、愈合后瘢痕的大小方面优于切开组(P<0.05)。结论:电火针烙法排脓具有创面愈合快、瘢痕小、不影响美观的优点。
