摘要

在经络系统的20经脉中

入脑者只有5条

脑内循行路径也很模糊。电生理及影像学研究表明

针灸腧穴产生的信号可传入脑

且不以腧穴所属经脉是否入脑为限。据此

笔者提出"十二经脉皆入脑"的假设

以构建"脑内经络"假说。经络理论体系中入脑经脉少、脑内循行路径不甚清楚

可能与经络发现的手段以感觉为主有关。今后应利用现代科技手段

加强经络在脑内循行的研究

以完善经络理论。
