摘要

目的:研究探讨针灸治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:按患者就诊顺序随机分为针灸组和药物组各60例。针灸组:针刺中极、关元、子宫、足三里、三阴交;艾条悬灸神阙、三阴交。药物组:口服克罗米芬50 mg。治疗3个月经周期后进行受孕率、基础体温、B超检查及排卵等评定。结果:针灸和口服克罗米芬都有较高的排卵效果

两者之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);针灸促排卵的受孕率高于口服克罗米芬促排卵的受孕率

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)

且针灸法流产率低

两者之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸和口服克罗米芬排卵

可达相同的排卵效果

但针灸治疗受孕率优于口服药物者

流产率低于口服药物者。
