摘要

目的:寻找提高治疗急性大面积脑梗死临床疗效的方法。方法:将96例患者随机分为综合组和西药组。西药组48例

采用常规西医脱水降颅压、脑保护、抗血小板聚集、改善循环及对症支持等治疗;综合组48例

采用常规西医治疗配合针灸及中药灌肠。28天后统计疗效。结果:综合组总有效率为68.8%

西药组总有效率为39.6%

经统计学处理

组间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分综合组明显优于西药组(P<0.001)。昏迷量表(GCS)评分综合组明显优于西药组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗大面积脑梗死明显优于单纯西医治疗

能明显改善患者的神经功能缺损程度

降低死亡率。
