摘要

目的:比较头针配合体针与单纯体针治疗动脉硬化性脑梗死急性期的疗效差异。方法:将42例动脉硬化性脑梗死急性期患者分为2组

分别采用头针配合体针和单纯体针治疗

对患者治疗前后的神志、语言、肢体运动功能等进行综合评分并比较。结果:2组疗后积分均比疗前明显减少

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);头体针组治疗前后积分差异显著大于体针组(P<0.05);2组临床有效率比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)

而愈显率比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

头体针组疗效明显高于体针组。结论:针刺可明显改善动脉硬化性脑梗死急性期患者的神志、语言和肢体运动功能状态

头针配合体针疗效优于单纯体针治疗。
