摘要

目的:观察针刺补法治疗贝尔麻痹恢复期的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为手法组(80例)、非手法组(80例)。2组取穴相同

手法组运用提插捻转补法

非手法组不用针刺手法。观察2组疗效以及治疗前后麻痹指数、麻痹程度及面神经肌电图的变化。结果:针刺补法能明显改善患者的麻痹指数、麻痹程度和面神经肌电图最大波幅值。手法组愈显率为91.3%

非手法组为75.0%

2组相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺补法能提高治疗贝尔麻痹恢复期的临床疗效。
