摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线加小剂量舒坦罗与单用舒坦罗的临床疗效差异。方法:将88例躯体形式障碍患者分成两组

治疗组54例采用穴位埋线加小剂量舒坦罗治疗

穴位主取大椎、中脘、天枢、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞等;对照组34例单纯用舒坦罗

两组均治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分评定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为92.6%

对照组为85.3%

两组比较

P<0.05;在治疗第1、2周末治疗组HAMD评分较对照组下降明显(P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线加小剂量舒坦罗治疗躯体形式障碍具有较好疗效。
