摘要

目的:采用隔附子饼温和灸足三里、膝眼的方法

观察其治疗膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法:隔物温和灸组用隔物温和灸治疗

穴取患膝犊鼻、内膝眼、足三里;药物组口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。治疗4周后采用关节主症疼痛量表(VAS)、膝关节骨关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)量表评估临床疗效。结果:2组患者治疗后关节疼痛、严重性指数的改善都明显优于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后隔物温和灸组止痛效果、病情严重性指数的变化均优于药物组(P<0.05)。隔物温和灸组基本临床痊愈率为80.0%

起效时间为(10.91±4.17)天

药物组为53.3%、(12.28±4.60)天

2组比较

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用隔物温和灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效优于口服仙灵骨葆胶囊。
