摘要

目的:观察调卫健脑针法对失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将200例失眠症患者随机分为试验组和对照组各100例。试验组采用调卫健脑针刺法

穴取百会、大椎、申脉、照海及耳穴缘中、神门;对照组取四神聪、神门、三阴交。均每日针1次

针刺15天。治疗前后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)计分。结果:试验组总有效率89.0%

对照组为65.0%

两组比较

P<0.01

差异有非常显著性意义;试验组PSQI治疗前后差值为-9.15±5.68

对照组为-5.64±5.73

两组治疗前后自身比较

P<0.01

差异均有非常显著性意义。结论:调卫健脑针法治疗失眠症疗效优于普通针法。
