摘要

目的:以特色水药罐治疗颈型颈椎病为例

为临床提供一种更有效的拔罐方法。方法:将140例患者随机分为药罐组(47例)、水罐组(47例)、空罐组(46例)。药罐组将45℃的中药煎液倒入自制药罐内进行拔罐;水罐组将45℃水倒入自制药罐内进行拔罐;空罐组自制罐内不放任何东西进行常规拔罐。观察3组患者临床症状、体征

进行疗效比较。结果:药罐组临床治愈39例

显效8例;水罐组临床治愈20例

显效22例

有效5例;空罐组临床治愈12例

显效19例

有效15例。药罐组与水罐组不同疗效患者例数构成比及治疗前后疼痛积分差值进行比较

P<0.05;水罐组与空罐组比较

P<0.05;药罐组与空罐组比较

P<0.01。结论:特色药罐组疗效优于水罐组

水罐组疗效优于空罐组。
