摘要

目的:探讨电针"丰隆"穴对高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用及作用机制。方法:将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组(喂基础饲料)、模型组(喂高脂饲料)、电针组(喂高脂饲料+电针"丰隆")、西药组(喂高脂饲料+普伐他汀钠灌胃)。检测各组大鼠治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)以及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的含量变化。结果:①与正常组比较

模型组大鼠体重、TC、TG、LDL-C、ET水平显著升高(P<0.01

P<0.05)

HDL-C、NO和CGRP水平明显降低(P<0.05)。②与模型组比较

西药组、电针组大鼠体重、TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.01)

NO和CGRP水平显著升高(P<0.01

P<0.05)。③与电针组比较

西药组HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.01)

ET水平降低但两组之间差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:①电针组和西药组均对高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C、NO以及CGRP具有较好的良性调节作用

并可在一定程度上降低ET水平。
