摘要

目的:观察早期针灸介入对重型颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法:将96例患者随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(48例)。对照组采用神经外科手术和西药(甘露醇、胞二磷胆碱、头孢他啶等)常规治疗

观察组在对照组治疗的基础上

术后48小时～1周、病情稳定以后

在痰病的不同阶段采用不同的穴位针刺治疗

主穴取内关、曲池、外关、合谷、臂臑、肩髃、风市、血海、阴陵泉、三阴交、太冲等。采用简式Fugl-Meyer(FMA)积分评定

分别于治疗前和治疗10周后对肢体运动功能进行评定。结果:同组治疗前后比较

FMA评分均提高

经统计学处理

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组间比较

观察组FMA评分提高的程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:早期针灸可提高重型颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能恢复的程度。
