摘要

目的:研究针刺治疗生殖内分泌系统疾病穴位的特异性规律。方法:①在大鼠卵巢内注射0·08mL10%芥子油

造"卵巢炎症"模型

通过尾静脉注射伊文氏蓝0·25mL

检测血浆渗出点在皮肤的表达区域。观察渗出点分布区域

分析支配卵巢功能的脊髓神经节段与治疗卵巢疾病的针灸穴位之间的关系。结果:渗出点主要分布在:"关元"-"子宫"穴区、"肾俞"-"命门"穴区、"长强"-"会阴"穴区、"三阴交"-"足三里"穴区、"中脘"穴区、"肝俞"穴区。"关元"-"子宫"穴区渗出点分布最密集

其次为"肾俞"-"命门"穴。结论:"卵巢炎症"在体表的反应区域所属的脊髓神经节段

是与支配卵巢功能的脊髓神经节段相一致的

针刺该区域相对应的经穴对该内脏功能有特异性调节作用。
