摘要

目的:探讨丰隆穴的作用靶器官及其化痰作用的机制。方法:采用高脂饮食饲料喂养制备高脂血症大鼠模型。将30只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、丰隆组

每组10只。空白组每天给予基础饲料喂养

其余2组每天给予高脂饲料喂养。喂养2 w后丰隆组给予电针"丰隆"穴

每周2次

共治疗10次。治疗结束后

检测各脏器超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:针刺"丰隆"穴使脾脏、肺脏SOD的活性显著升高

肺脏的MDA含量明显降低;有降低肝脏SOD活性和增高MDA含量的趋势;对胰腺的SOD活性、MDA含量影响不显著。结论:在高脂血症情况下

"丰隆"穴调节SOD与MDA的靶点主要在脾、肺、肝脏

尤其对脾、肺脏的影响显著

对胰腺的影响不大。说明丰隆的化痰作用与促进特定脏器的自由基代谢相关。
