摘要

目的:依据临床相关研究资料探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)与脑梗死相关关系及可能致病机制。方法:对临床关于HP与脑梗死相关关系及可能致病机制的研究资料作综合论述。结论:多数研究者认为HP感染是发生脑梗死的危险因素之一。目前对HP感染与脑梗死发病正相关趋势的研究

尚无定论。对于HP感染可能致脑梗死的作用机制

研究表明HP可能单独或通过影响其危险因子的方式参与脑梗死发病

其致病机制主要涉及炎症、免疫、干扰脂代谢等多方面。但HP感染是否确为脑梗死发病的一个危险因素

其确切发病机制为何

尚待进一步科学研究。
