摘要

目的:观察剖宫产后产妇肠蠕动的恢复时间及乳汁分泌量的变化

探讨穴位埋线法的干预效果。方法:将300例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用产科常规处理;观察组在产科常规处理基础上

选用足三里、上巨虚两穴

分别用羊肠线做穴位埋线。结果:观察组产妇术后的肠蠕动恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、初乳分泌时间、乳汁满足新生儿需要时间及42天纯母乳喂养率等各项指标均明显优于对照组

两组比较

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:足三里、上巨虚穴位埋线对剖宫产术后产妇肠蠕动及乳汁分泌有良性调整作用。
