摘要

目的:评价耳穴贴压加穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:将116例患者随机分为综合组(60例)和西药组(56例)。西药组采用常规西药治疗

综合组在使用西药的同时给予耳穴贴压加穴位注射。耳穴贴压选神门、内分泌、皮质下、肝、胆、肺及相应病变部位所对应的耳穴

两耳交替贴穴

每日进行按压;穴位注射选足三里、内关、曲池、太冲

进针得气后注射VitB12注射液。定期记录患者疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间、痛止时间。结果:综合组的平均疼痛缓解时间、止痛时间明显短于西药组(P<0.01)。综合组痊愈率为60.0%

愈显率为83.3%;西药组分别为28.6%、50.0%

2组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著、安全

值得临床推广应用。
