摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效。方法:将26例轻中度AD患者按配对方法分为穴位埋线组和穴位刺激组

穴位埋线组分别在神门、丰隆、太溪和足三里进行埋线

穴位刺激组用相同操作方法刺激穴位

但埋线针不穿入羊肠线

每个月治疗1次

共治疗6次。运用神经心理学量表对2组治疗前后进行评分

并对结果进行统计分析。结果:穴位埋线组治疗后评分与治疗前评分比

简易精神状态量表(MMSE)治疗后评分较治疗前评分显著升高(P<0.01)

阿尔茨海默病认知评价量表(ADAS-Cog)治疗后评分较治疗前评分显著降低(P<0.01)

日常生活能力量表(ADL)治疗前后评分比较差异无显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后评分比较

穴位埋线组MMSE评分显著高于穴位刺激组(P<0.01)

穴位埋线组ADAS-Cog评分比穴位刺激组显著性降低(P<0.05)

2组治疗后ADL评分比较差异无显著性意义。结论:穴位埋线提高了AD痴呆患者认知能力及病人的依从性

为针灸治疗老年痴呆提供了新的方法。
