摘要

讨论提高头针治疗中风偏瘫疗效需注意的5个方面。一是得气:得气是针刺取效的重要因素

头针针感应以医者指下有"如鱼吞钩"般的吸针感为主;二是针刺手法:手法的选择宜以找到适宜的针感、传导方向及强度为准则;三是有效刺激量:只有当腧穴的刺激量强度与患者体内的感应状态相匹配时

才能发生能量共振

出现最佳治疗效果;四是治疗时机:中风偏瘫康复水平的提高有赖于早期使用头针治疗;五是康复训练:头针治疗中风偏瘫需要与康复训练结合起来

两者结合起了正相干性效应。临证中注意这5方面问题

可以巩固和提高头针治疗中风偏瘫的疗效。
