摘要

目的:探索一种治疗血管性痴呆的有效方法。方法:将120例血管性痴呆患者随机分为两组。观察组(60例)采用头部发际区排针法

对照组(60例)采用口服都可喜。应用长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS)、简易智力状态检查表(MMSE)、社会活动能力调查表(FAQ)、神经功能缺损(NFD)评分表、主要症状观察(MS)评分表

分别于治疗前后进行评分。结果:两组治疗前后HDS、MMSE、FAQ、NFD、MS评分改变差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);两组间HDS、MMSE、FAQ、NFD、MS评分差值比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为88.33%

对照组为81.67%

两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头部发际区排针法对于血管性痴呆患者具有确切疗效。
