摘要

阐述有关艾灸疗法临床要领的一种新观点。通过以腧穴热敏化现象为切入点

以腧穴热敏化规律为新灸法创立依据

以临床灸疗疗效为检验标准

探讨艾灸能否像针刺一样激发经脉感传及艾灸是否必须激发经脉感传才能提高临床疗效。结果表明艾灸确能像针刺一样高效激发经脉感传;艾灸必须激发经脉感传才能提高疗效。说明灸之要

仍然是气至而有效。
