摘要

目的:探讨针刺"四缝"穴对小儿厌食症的作用机制。方法:对健康Wistar大鼠随机分组

设正常组、模型组和针刺组。采用肌注利血平注射液造模

针刺组每天点刺"四缝"穴1次

连续2w。然后观察各组胃排空速率、血液中红细胞Zn、血清Zn含量。结果:①与模型组比较

针刺组对大鼠有加速胃排空作用

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);②针刺组可提高大鼠血清Zn含量

与模型组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺"四缝"穴对大鼠的脾虚模型有明显治疗作用。其作用机制为加快胃排空速率

提高血清及红细胞Zn的含量。
