摘要

目的:观察针灸推拿等综合疗法(AMIE方案)治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照的试验方法

将120例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为综合组60例

施行AMIE方案(针刺、推拿、穴位注射及五禽戏);康复组60例

施行Bobath训练法治疗

均治疗60次。以治疗前后运动功能评分评价其临床疗效

并且随访12个月

了解患儿是否可以独立行走。结果:综合组总有效率76.7%

康复组58.4%

2组相比

P>0.05;与治疗前比较

综合组和康复组运动功能评分差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。1年后的随访比较

综合组治疗后可以独立行走人数为36例

明显多于康复组的24例

经统计学处理

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:AMIE方案治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能障碍有效

近期疗效等同于Bobath训练法

远期疗效优于Bobath训练法。
