社会对针灸临床应用型人才的需求以及本专业的人才培养目标和学科特点

决定了针灸专业技能的实训教学在人才培养中的特殊地位和重要作用。现行的实训教学多将各门课程作为一个独立的教学单元来考察

缺乏课程间的相互关联、相互兼容的完整性、系统性思考

致使学生的技能实训间断

实践机会不足。由此提出建立针灸课程交叉、跨学期、连续性、综合性的实训技能教学体系

同时课程教学又与中期、后期的临床实习有机衔接

将专业技能的培养贯穿于整个教学过程

构建一体化全程实训教学新模式。
