摘要

目的:观察温和灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例DPN患者随机分为温和灸组、针刺组和药物组

每组各20例。温和灸组和针刺组取穴相同

穴取肾俞、脾俞、足三里、涌泉等;药物组口服甲钴胺(弥可保)片。观察3组疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血液流变学、血浆内皮素、一氧化氮和丙二醛水平变化情况。结果:温和灸组总有效率为90.0%

空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血液流变学、血浆内皮素、一氧化氮和丙二醛均有显著改善(P<0.01);与针刺组相比

差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)

但与药物组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:温和灸治疗DPN疗效肯定

且优于药物弥可保治疗。
