摘要

对痿证的发病部位、病因、病机与督脉生理功能之间的关系进行了阐述

指出"皮肉筋脉骨节"是行使机体运动功能的基本结构

依赖于气血津液精髓的濡养;"精亏髓枯""气血亏虚"是痿证发病的病机关键;"督脉虚损(或痹阻)""督阳失运"是痿证发病的经络学基础。在临床上

通调督脉可促进督脉(脑、脊髓)形态结构和功能修复

并可重建脑髓-督脉(脊髓)-脏腑经脉气血功能活动调控系统

从而使气血津液精髓的敷布转输复常

以濡养皮肉筋脉骨节。
