摘要

通过长期大量的临床观察

总结出可以提高艾灸疗效的方法。施灸时应根据患者病情选择合适的灸法

操作时取穴要少而精

找准疾病的反应部位

灸量要充足

使患者产生舒适的灸感。提出艾灸得气的概念和透灸的方法

即依据患者灸后皮肤的反应来判断灸量、艾灸时间及治疗的效果

以灸后患者局部皮肤均匀潮红、汗出为灸透的标准。特别提出艾灸盒具有操作简便、易于控制温度、安全性高等优点

可广泛用于临床。
