摘要

目的:评价电针支沟穴治疗便秘之气秘的疗效和安全性。方法:采用多中心、随机对照的方法

将符合诊断、纳入和排除标准的患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用电针支沟穴方法

对照组则电针相近位置的非穴点

以患者的临床症状积分、结肠传输试验及各项安全性指标进行评定

观察治疗4周

治疗结束1个月、3个月后进行随访。结果:电针支沟穴能明显改善便秘患者的临床症状和结肠传输时间

降低开塞露和泻剂的使用率

总有效率为94.4%

优于对照组的61.3%

两组相比

P<0.0001。结论:支沟穴具有良好的调气通腑作用

电针支沟穴是治疗便秘行之有效的方法

且安全可靠、无副作用。
