摘要

目的:探讨促进脑瘫患儿的脑功能代偿的良好方法。方法:将100例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组采用头针(运动区、足运感区、平衡区)、体针(穴取臂臑、风池、环跳、阳陵泉等)及神经生长因子足三里穴位注射

配合康复训练;对照组单纯用康复训练。观察两组临床疗效

做头颅CT、SPECT检查以观察病变恢复情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.0%

显著高于对照组的52.0%。治疗后发育商(DQ)治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针灸合神经生长因子注射能促进脑功能的代偿作用。
