摘要

牙周炎是多病因慢性炎症

临床上病情易反复

难以根治。针灸治疗牙周炎并发的牙痛、牙龈肿胀临床疗效快速、可靠;针灸结合洁治、药物含漱等牙周常规局部治疗对消除牙龈炎症、减轻牙周袋、降低牙齿松动度效果更佳

但后者相关研究较少

有待更多引入标准牙周临床指标和疗效判定标准的临床对照研究来进一步证实。
