摘要

目的:评价穴位贴敷疗法预防慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效

探讨其机制。方法:对慢性支气管炎缓解期患者进行随机分组:对照组100例

缓解期仅给予一般治疗

包括戒烟、适当运动锻炼等;观察组200例

在对照组治疗基础上

采用"红外止咳贴"进行三伏穴位贴敷治疗

穴取大椎、定喘、天突等。观察中医证候疗效、治疗前后血浆免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)变化

随访记录1年内急性发作次数

将2组进行比较。结果:治疗后观察组症状积分减少

与对照组及本组治疗前比较

差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率84.0%

明显优于对照组的55.0%(P<0.01);治疗后观察组患者血浆IgA明显升高

1年内急性发作次数减少

与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:三伏穴位贴敷疗法对于慢性支气管炎具有较好的近、远期疗效

有效改善机体免疫功能

预防急性发作。
