摘要

目的:探讨不同频率电针刺激对减肥的效应差异。方法:将实验大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、针刺1组(30Hz)、针刺2组(100Hz)

穴取"后三里""三阴交""关元""中脘"。比较治疗前后各组大鼠体重指数(Lees指数)、左肾周脂肪重量和脂肪细胞体积、血脂、胰岛素、瘦素的变化。结果:两针刺组与模型组比较

其体重指数、血脂、左肾周脂肪湿重及脂肪细胞体积均有明显改变(P<0.01)

且针刺2组比针刺1组变化程度更高(P<0.05);两针刺组与模型组比较

血清瘦素水平降低(P<0.01)

血清胰岛素水平也趋于降低(P<0.05)

但针刺1组与针刺2组比较

差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同频率电针刺激对肥胖大鼠的脂代谢有不同影响

100Hz电针刺激治疗肥胖症较之30Hz效果更好。
